Plump, cushion-y, glossy, jelly like textured lip gloss with a very slight blue hue. This goes on the lips pretty much clear with just the most subtle hint of blue.

NO this does not smell like the whimsicat perfume! LOL It has a fun peach, pineapple, mango & pear scent! Very fruity!
